COVID-19 FARRIERY GUIDELINES...

During these unprecedented times we have recommended guidelines in place to protect ourselves and our customers and as such are now working to the new Traffic Light System as detailed below.

As the Covid-19 situation is changing by the day, please do not assume we will be able to attend your pre-booked appointment.  We therefore ask that you ring either myself or Torran to discuss your options nearer to the time of your appointment and if we can attend, we will outline the bio security actions that must be taken for us to proceed.  Please adhere to these as they are for your protection as well as our own.

Please be understanding that your horse's welfare is a priority to us but that doesn't necessarily mean a new set of shoes so you can ride.

Thank you. Mark, Torran & Callum.

Please familiarise yourself with the Traffic Light System that is now in place. This outlines what is now considered necessary work, which  we will try to carry out for as long as we can. Normal routine work will not be undertaken until further notice.  We are all well & working hard to attend to all necessary work at present, but we are being advised to ask clients to consider removing their horse's shoes if possible to reduce the need for an emergecy visit in case of a total lockdown.
