Your permissions

I only use your details to do the work and look after your horse. The first box is needed so I can keep your details. The others are optional, they won't affect the service you get, and you can change your mind at any time by contacting me.

I agree to my details being kept to arrange and carry out work, as set out in the Privacy Policy, and to the Terms and Conditions. * I'm happy for you to share records and assessment results with my horse's vet and other professionals involved in its care. I'm happy for photographs and video of my horse to be used on the website, social media and in teaching, with identifying details removed. I'm happy for assessment data and reports (for example Hoofbeat, Sleip, Metron, Consteed) to be used in case studies and teaching, anonymised. You may name my horse (but not me) when sharing images or case studies. You may use my horse's case for lectures and teaching to farriers, vets and students.
